Instructions:

Download this document by right-clicking this link. From the resulting right-click menu, select
"Save Target As...." and save it somewhere on your hard disk. (If you click the link, IE will open the file itself and make things difficult.)

Open it in any version of Microsoft Word. (Don't worry; it's virus-free.)

Select the entire document. (I use Ctrl-a.)

Change the font to "Courier New."

Change the font size to "9."

Change all the text to "bold."

Align all the text "left."

Click anywhere to cancel highlighting.

Set zoom factor to "50%."
